TN&Platex clients use Knitting yarn to produce knit cloths with small and large diameter circular machines, and with flat knit machines.
With these, they create fabrics such as jersey, interlock, rib, frieze, morley, piqué, etc., that will be used –once they have been dyed– to produce t-shirts, sweat shirts, polo shirts, gloves, sports socks, underwear and other garments. This yarn is also used to produce cleaning items (cleaning cloths, floor cloths and flannels).

However, for those who have looms, the resistance of our Weaving yarn is valued to produce fabrics for pants, canvasses, upholstery and shorts, linen (bed sheets, tablecloths, and towels), shade straps and many other items.

For some types of knit cloth and flat fabrics, and for sewing yarn, TN&Platex produces twisted yarn of one, two or more ply. The range covers open end technology counts from 4/2 to 24/2 and fine combed counts as 24/3 and 30/2.

TN&Platex also provides the textile industry with a range of novelty yarns, elaborated with manufactured fibers with different characteristics and origins, such as cotton with spandex, moulinee and melange in different colors, polyester, modal, viscose, acrylic, and mixtures in those fibers and yarns.
